FAQ
We design all types of wellness-focused spaces, including home gyms, garage gyms, boutique residential gyms, and dedicated wellness areas that may include saunas, recovery rooms, and meditation zones. Whether you have a new build or are renovating an existing space, we tailor every project to your goals, lifestyle, and architecture.
Absolutely! We specialize in blending interior design with gym and wellness spaces, creating environments that are both functional and visually appealing. If you already have an interior designer, we can seamlessly integrate into their workflow to add value and expertise to the fitness side of the project.
We don’t handle construction, demolition, or renovation — that’s the responsibility of your builder or contractor. However, we manage every other aspect for you, from design and planning to coordinating delivery and installation of your equipment. If you’d like us to serve as general contractor or project manager, we can do so for an additional fee.
Yes. As authorized distributors of luxury brands like PENT, Eleiko, and Technogym, we can source and customize equipment finishes and materials to complement your interior design. Whether it’s custom woods, leathers, or metals, we ensure your equipment looks as good as it performs.
Equipment costs vary depending on the size and scope of your project. Most of our clients invest at least $20,000 in their gym equipment. As direct distributors, we sell equipment at MSRP (manufacturer’s standard pricing) and never add a markup, ensuring transparency and fairness. We don’t compete on price alone, but we do pass along manufacturer sales when available. This allows us to maintain the highest standards of service and support.
Our design fee is a one-time, fixed-rate creative fee. It covers 2D and 3D layouts, design concepts, revisions, and coordination with builders, as well as our support throughout the entire project. Additional fees only apply if you ask us to provide on-site visits, custom built-ins, or full project management.
Initial layouts typically take about two weeks. Buildout depends on your decision-making process and construction schedule. Equipment lead times are typically 8–16 weeks for standard brands and 16–23 weeks for luxury brands. While we’ll keep you updated throughout the process, lead times are ultimately set by the manufacturers.
Unless specifically requested, we don’t attend installs for our virtual clients. We’re happy to accommodate requests for on-site presence, but additional fees apply. Homeowners should always plan to have someone on-site to oversee the crew during installation.
