Interior Finishes
We guide all surface selections with performance in mind—sweat- and moisture-resistant paints, washable wallcoverings, impact-rated mirrors with safety backing, antimicrobial grouts/epoxies for wet zones, and spa-appropriate woods (e.g., cedar/thermo-treated) for sauna and recovery areas. We balance acoustics and durability with aesthetics, recommending materials and finishes that reduce echo, resist corrosion near water features, and clean easily without looking “commercial.” Expect cohesive palettes, refined textures, and elevated details that feel like a luxury spa—because recovery is part of the design, too.
Architectural Review
We partner with your architect and builder early to align the space with true performance needs: dedicated power (including 20A/GFCI and isolated circuits for smart equipment), low-voltage/data for connected devices, HVAC and ventilation sizing, and humidity control for saunas, steam, and cold plunges. We verify ceiling heights and clearances for racks and overhead movements, plan mirror placement and sightlines, coordinate floor loading and finishes, and specify wall blocking for mounts (racks, TRX, mirrors, storage, and TVs). You’ll receive marked-up plans and equipment schedules so every detail supports flow, safety, and the final layout.
Furniture & Styling
We curate pieces that make the room feel finished: performance-friendly seating and built-ins, concealed charging and towel stations, and acoustic art panels that double as décor. Styling includes biophilic elements, spa accessories (aroma diffusers, trays, baskets), and layered lighting accents. On installation day, we add the final touches so the space looks intentional and photo-ready.
Equipment Procurement
From strength and Pilates to cardio and recovery tech, we source across brands to match your goals, lead times, and aesthetics. Our team handles POs, finish selections, substitutions when needed, and consolidated receiving/inspection. We track shipments, register warranties, and manage any freight or damage claims so everything arrives ready for white-glove delivery.
Project Management
We act as your single point of contact—building the schedule, coordinating trades (electrical, AV, millwork, glazing, plumbing, sauna/steam), and sequencing dependencies (flooring → mirrors → equipment). You’ll get weekly updates, site walks, and QA checkpoints to keep budget, timeline, and craftsmanship on track. We collaborate with your builder—or can act as GC upon request.
Flooring & Surface Coordination
We specify performance flooring systems—rubber, engineered wood, turf, platform recesses, underlayment, and moisture/vapor barriers—plus transition details, thresholds, and slopes/drains for wet areas. In most projects, your builder installs the flooring; we provide the product specs, quantities, layout plans, and installer guidance.
Turnkey Installation
We oversee white-glove delivery, professional assembly to manufacturer specs, anchoring and leveling, cable management, and precise placement per the design plan. We calibrate machines, connect apps and networks, set safety clearances, and finish with a thorough clean and style. Final step: a walkthrough and basic equipment orientation so you’re ready to train—and unwind—from day one.
Post-Install Support
After install, we remain your partner. We provide maintenance schedules, warranty support, and vendor coordination; seasonal tune-ups and guidance on add-ons if needed (from attachments to recovery tech). Optional annual check-ins keep everything performing and looking its best.
