Order Processing
A Seamless Experience from Start to Finish: Your happiness is our number one priority. We will always do everything we reasonably can to fix any problems that arise. Please read our policies carefully, including the section entitled Your Responsibilities (which can be found under Shipping & Deliveries), to be sure we both have reasonable expectations for delivering your custom, made-to-order fitness equipment.
Order Placement & Payment
If you are not a design client of ours and are simply looking to order equipment that we are authorized distributors of, you can place your order online or by phone at 917-341-6492 between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are a small customer service oriented company, so if you reach one of our virtual assistants (during or after hours), we will call you back promptly as soon as someone is available.
Most of our custom, made-to-order equipment have configuration options and you may have questions. We are eager to help and are able to send swatch samples and help you make decisions. Give us a call or send an email to homegymdesign@iron-hosue.co with your specific question or request to call you back at a time that is convenient for you.
It is often a good idea to get a Quote from us to have as a reference while you are making your decision. We can typically prepare a quote in a timely manner that will document the exact item and options you are considering. Quotes are typically valid for 30 days and can be converted to an order online, by phone, or with an email to homegymdesign@iron-house.co
The timing of order processing, payments and deposits may vary:
CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER EQUIPMENT
Orders for custom, made-to-order equipment are considered final once they go into the production queue. This is typically within 48 hours of order placement. Final finishes and fabrics can often be changed for up to 3-4 weeks after an order is placed.
For made-to-orders items with longer lead times, a deposit of 50% of the order value is collected at the time of order. The balance of the order will be charged approximately 4-6 weeks prior to shipment. Items in stock and ready-to-ship are fully charged at time of order. Flooring is also charged up front and in full.
Note: When you place an order for custom made-to-order items online, you will be charged in full so if you prefer to pay 50% down, please call to place your order. This is a service we can only provide to you with an in person phone call.
NON-EQUIPMENT ITEMS & FLOORING
Orders for non-equipment items are charged in full at the time the your order is accepted and processed.
