A Seamless Experience from Start to Finish: We aim to provide a high-quality client experience at every stage of your purchase—from order to delivery and beyond. Some fitness equipment requires complex installation and specific delivery expertise, but rest assured—we’ve got it covered. With years of industry experience and a nationwide network of trusted professionals, we streamline the process to make it as smooth as possible.


Delivery & Installation Service Levels

We offer three levels of delivery and installation services for our fitness and wellness equipment:

  • White Glove Delivery
    Includes unboxing, light assembly, placement in the room of use, and removal of all packaging materials.

  • Professional Installation
    Everything included in White Glove Delivery, plus specialized assembly, precision leveling, and equipment tuning by certified technicians.

  • Luxury Custom Equipment (Imported from Europe)
    Custom-made pieces are imported via sea or air freight and may require extended lead times. We’ll guide you through the process and keep you informed every step of the way.


Delivery & Installation Details by Brand

We work with a range of luxury fitness brands, each with its own delivery and installation protocols. Here's what to expect based on the equipment you order:

  • Technogym: Shipping and professional installation are included with all Technogym purchases. We’ll coordinate everything so your setup is handled smoothly and efficiently.

  • Power Plate: Shipping is included. Some models require light assembly, which most customers can do themselves. If you’d prefer professional setup, simply call us to add further installation to your order.

  • PENT. Luxury Equipment: All PENT. purchases include White Glove Delivery. Shipping costs also cover customs and import fees. And 90% of PENT. products are ready to use right out of the crate or box, minimizing the need for installation. If you’d prefer professional setup, simply call us to add further installation to your order.


White Glove & Installation Conditions

Service charges assume “standard conditions” in a residential setting. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Stair carries or multi-floor deliveries

  • Narrow hallways or doorways

  • Obstructed pathways

  • Urban or high-rise buildings requiring special access

Commercial Installations:
The pricing above applies to residential deliveries. Commercial clients should request a custom shipping quote tailored to their location and installation needs.


Delivery Coordination & Scheduling

Once your order is placed, you will receive a call from us to go over your equipment and confirm your order. When your order is ready to ship, we will reach out again to coordinate a mutually convenient delivery time.

  • Delivery Days: Monday–Friday

  • Time Windows: 9 AM–1 PM or 1 PM–5 PM (local time)

  • Adult Signature Required: Someone 18+ must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

  • Saturday Delivery: May be available for an additional fee. Contact us for availability.

  • Failed Deliveries: Missed appointments may incur a $100 fee. After three failed attempts, your order will be canceled and refunded at 50%, minus all delivery costs.


Shipment of Non-Equipment Items

Smaller accessory and decor items are shipped via FedEx Ground or similar service.

  • No appointment is necessary for these deliveries.

  • Items may arrive separately from larger equipment orders.

  • Most deliveries occur Monday–Saturday within 4–8 business days.

  • A signature may be required depending on value or shipper requirements.


General Shipping & Delivery Disclaimers

Missed Deliveries

If an adult is not present during the scheduled window:

  • A $100 missed delivery fee will apply.

  • You will be contacted to reschedule.

  • After three failed attempts, your order will be canceled. A 50% refund will be issued, less shipping and $100 per attempt.

Inability to Deliver Due to Site Constraints: Please measure carefully before ordering—including entryways, stairs, and hallways. If delivery is not possible:

Option 1: Alternate Location
Redirect to a different location. You’ll be charged additional shipping fees, including $100 for the failed first attempt. Payment must be made in advance.

Option 2: Return & Cancellation
Your order will be canceled and refunded at 50%, less all delivery and return costs including $100 per attempt.

Storage Fees: Orders held longer than 10 days after they're ready to ship will incur a $10/day (plus tax) per item storage charge.

Measure Thoroughly: Carefully measure.

  • Doorways, stairs, and elevators

  • Room dimensions

  • Clearance needed for functional use (especially for items like pool tables)

Request Swatch Samples: We offer a range of finishes and materials. Order samples before placing your order to avoid surprises.

Place Your Order Carefully & Review It: Review all details before submitting. If unsure, call, email, or live chat with us for real-time guidance. We confirm all orders by phone before processing.

Approve Swatches Before Production: If you skip ordering swatches upfront, we’ll still require your final approval before production begins. Fast-tracked samples can be sent for urgent projects.

Inspect Your Delivery Carefully: At delivery, inspect everything!

  • Visible Damage: Refuse delivery of damaged items. Photograph the issue and email us right away.

  • Packaging Damage / Possible Hidden Damage: Accept the item but note damage on the bill of lading. Take photos before and after unpacking. If hidden damage is found, email us all images promptly.
